Nick_cave Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds are set to release their new album, Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! on 3rd March 2008. Nick Launay, who produced the band's 2004 opus, Abattoir Blues/The Lyre of Orpheus, has once again positioned himself behind the mixing desk. A single is expected to precede the record's release and tour dates are due to be annonced shortly. - A new BBC documentary, Parallel Universes, Parallel Lives will follow Eels frontman Mark Oliver Everett, as he embarks on a quest to discover the truth about his father Hugh Everett III - the world-renowed theoretical physicist. The film premieres on November 26th at 9pm on BBC4.

- Franz Ferdinand release unseen pictures and diary entries in a new book, The A-Z Of Franz Ferdinand.  The tome will also include interviews with the band concerning their forthcoming third album release.

- Happy Birthday Gram Parsons! The psychedelic country boy would have been 61 today. Here he is with his fellow Burrito Brothers, performing Christine's Tune in 1969. Hot damn! I just gotta get me one of them Nudie suits...
